BASIC CONDITIONS ABOUT THE CONTRACT
BIKE RENTAL
PROHIBITED BEACH
It is totally prohibited to put any of our bicycles on the beach (sand or water) under any circumstances or on any inappropriate terrain since the damage caused may be irreparable. If beach sand is detected on the bicycles at the time of delivery, the amount necessary to restore the damage caused to the bicycle(s) by the sand or sea salt will be deducted from the deposit.
LOST THE ROBO
IT IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED TO LEAVE THE BICYCLES ALONE OR PARKED UNAVAILED, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE LOCKED WITH AN ANTI-THEFT LOCK. “BIKES MAR MENOR” DOES NOT OFFER COVERAGE OR INSURANCE FOR LOSS OR THEFT OF THE RENTED BICYCLES. IN CASE OF LOSS OR THEFT THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE AND WILL PAY THE AMOUNT OF THE BIKE specified in writing in the contract. “MAR MENOR BICYCLES”
BAIL
It will be used to respond to possible damages caused to the bicycle or the rented equipment, if there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract.
MECHANICAL FAULTS
"BICYCLETAS MAR MENOR" declares that it has taken due precautions to avoid mechanical failures of the rented equipment, but if these occur, it does not assume any responsibility for any damages that may be caused directly or indirectly to the lessee, to third parties or to movable or immovable property. as a consequence of said failures or breakdowns. Any fine, incident or accident caused by mechanical failure or incorrect use of the bicycle will be the responsibility of the client.
MINORS
First of all; The client and owner of the contract affirms from the beginning to be the person responsible and/or guardian of the minor(s). In second place; While the minor uses the rented equipment, he is responsible for all responsibility for its use and, holding parental authority or legal guardianship of the minor, he assumes with this contract to be responsible for all damages caused directly or indirectly by the minor as a consequence of the use of the bicycles. Minors must be accompanied at all times by someone of legal age who is responsible for the correct use of the rented bicycles.
HULL
The lessee is aware of the obligation to ride with a helmet on interurban roads, except for minors, who must wear a helmet both in the city and on interurban roads. We have helmets for rent
